Historic Augusta has established a Real Estate Program designed to match buyers and sellers of historic properties. Under this program the organization acquires options to buy significant buildings and then sells the properties to preservation minded buyers subject to historic preservation easements. Historic Augusta has executed options to buy three separate properties in downtown Augusta and has subsequently sold one, leaving two buildings available for sale. Information regarding these two buildings can be found by clicking on the photographs below. For more information regarding its Real Estate Program or to schedule a site visit to an available property, contact Robyn Anderson at Historic Augusta, Inc. at 706-724-0436 or by email at robyn@historicaugusta.org.

This expo will enable home-owners seeking information for rehabilitating or maintaining their older home to connect with experienced service providers. We are seeking sponsors at all financial levels to support this unique educational event. In addition, a limited number of vendor booth spaces will be available for rental during the expo to promote area businesses and craftsmen. All vendors will need to meet criteria as laid out by the committee in order to best serve the preservation needs of the home owners and to meet the Secretary of the Interiors Standards for Rehabilitation. The deadline for sponorship is January 6th, 2012.
For more information about sponsorship or vendor booths, complete and return the Sponsor Form, contact Historic Augusta at 706-724-0436 or Julia Jackson at julia@historicaugusta.org.
