Annual Downtown Loft Tour
May is National Historic Preservation Month! Celebrate by taking an intimate look inside historic buildings in the Augusta Downtown Historic District including residential lofts, businesses, event spaces, and historic rehabilitation in progress. The tour is self guided with a program booklet provided to attendees which includes a map of the buildings and brief histories of each site. Confirmed sites for this year include the John Fox Building, 901 Broad Street, the Bee Hive, the JB White Building, Lowry Wagon Works, 941 and 943 Ellis Street, and the Zachariah Daniel House.
The tour will take place on First Friday, May 3 from 6-9 pm and will continue on Saturday, May 4 from 10am-4pm. Lofts can be toured in any order and tickets are good for both tour days. You can purchase tickets through our online Square store.
